    This is what you mix cabbage juice, coffee, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, milk, soy sauce, chicken broth and ketchup.  What?  You mean you haven’t mixed those things???  Where have you been!?

    We made cabbage juice and poured it into 8 glasses.  Then Pieter added the other things to test the acidity of each one.  If it turned pink, that meant that it was something acidic.  Very cool.  I mixed all 8 glasses worth into a pot just to take it to the basement to dump it (repercussion of the only sink at the time being in the basement). I thought it was really pretty!  That’s a total science experiment bonus!
